What we expect from our candidates

We expect you to know some basics about actrevo, what we do and what we have to offer our clients. You should of course be sure that you’re qualified to do the job you’re applying for. Depending on the position, we may ask you to complete a task. But don’t worry, if we do so we'll inform you before the interview. 

Cover letter

Feel free to submit your application in either German or English, whichever you feel most comfortable with. Use your cover letter to tell us why you’d like to work at actrevo, what you like about the advertised position, and which of your strengths are suited to the vacancy. Your CV should include your previous work experience and specific details about what you did in each of those positions as well as your duties and responsibilities.

Job interview

It’s important for us that you feel welcome when attending an interview here at actrevo. If you’d prefer to wear a suit, please go right ahead! If you’d rather turn up in jeans, that’s absolutely fine. In general people at actrevo are fairly relaxed in terms of dress code.

Selection process

If you’ve made it to the shortlist you’ll be invited to attend one or two interviews in person where you’ll meet your future superior and the actrevo team. This is actually a good opportunity for you to get a feel for actrevo and see whether you think you’d fit in here. If you’re not from the Hamburg area or currently residing abroad, we’re happy to use Skype to conduct interviews. You do of course have the chance to ask any questions you may have during the whole selection process.
